Here is a taster of my forthcoming Game of the Goose re-interpretation. To the right there's a low resolution overview of the overall design (roughly A2) plus two close ups below showing detail. This is just the pencil work, which is nearing completion. When it is done, I'll move on to colour it via digital manipulation and perhaps some hand painting. Colouring will add further layers of meaning and will be the final element to push the design into critical symbolic density and beyond what I term the syntactic event-horizon. To explode past a point of no return and into infinite levels of reading. Much in the same manner as other symbolically dense mythical constructs such as Tarot, the cabbalistic Tree of Life, or I-Ching behave.
